Thought I'd post here, instead of 411...better group here.

I just CAN'T...I can't put the bottle/can down. Once again, I've ditched Church in favor of drinking and posting. Every time I tell myself "THIS Sunday will be RIGHT...." I wake up and decide to go get a half-pint, instead.

THIS week, I THOUGHT I'd pick the weed back up, and that'd make it easier to quit, but no. Now, I'm smoking weed and drinking, again.

THIS has gotten old....

I didn't post this here to invite attacking jokes...I did so to ask a better group for ideas. I have faith, that this will be the truth.

So...anybody got any good ideas?

So slow weening and cold turkey have yet to work? My question would be who you're drinking/smoking with? Are they only swinging through TO drink and smoke? If so the answer is to hang with them for a bit soner, if they seem to be less fun in that state then take some you time.

It's really only a problem if the weed/alcohol is an ESCAPE, if not then you may be able to balance things, I'm thinking that you'll be ok JUST because you care enough to be concerned, having fun with these things isn't bad just don't let them control you in either direction, because being afraid to approach them can ALSO make them enticing. Best of luck but again I thikn you'll be good.
