Ok well at work we have these little foam globe balls with our company logo, I guess they are stress relievers or something. Anyway, me, my boss, and my co-workers James and Nathan were throwing them at each other today, our way of keeping our moral up. Well James threw one at Nathan and he ducked and it grazed the top of her head. She got PISSED and started raising hell. She told Roy (my boss) what happened and he said no more balls, but I guess it wasnt enough for her. She went to the HR department and filed a complaint, saying he purposely threw a heavy ball at her and it hit her in the back of the head and she felt all tingly. James apologized to her but she obviously wanted some money or something. She had Greg (one of my managers) and a lady from HR drive her to the emergency room and make sure her head was ok. They said they didnt see any trauma, no sign of her being hit anywhere on the head. She got pissed and asked to see the doctors boss. They ran a catscan and several other tests, finding nothing, but she kept saying she felt dizzy and thought she might have a concussion. The doctor could tell she was lying and made her leave the hospital and now she is trying to get James fired, but Roy and Butch (the Chief Technical Officer) told James not to worry about it. God I hope she gets fired, how fucking ridiculous is it to try to get someone fired over accidentally getting hit barely by a ball? Seriously I have been pegged by those balls about a hundred times at all speeds, the only way it could hurt is if it hit you in the ear or the eye. What a bunch of BS!
