OK, so the interface is horrid, the software crashes more than my old 386 did, and the table status takes about 5 minutes to update. These are some of the reasons why I can't stand partypoker, but I sit back, watch the play and the fish make it ALL worthwhile.

About 2 weeks ago I had my friend refer me so that we each could get the bonus. I deposited my $100, and played low limit stud and some sit n gos till I had unlocked my bonus. At this time I had about $150 from my original $100. I then cashed out my original $100 deposit, so I have absolutely nothing invested.

Since then I've built my bankroll up to where it stands now, about $275, playing almost entirely $25 max buyin NL hold em. It is just amazing how bad some people are. I've watched people bet $15 on the river into a $2 pot with ace high, get called... and win. I've seen people go all in with pocket twos after the board has paired twice.

I've had some mightly swings, and bad beats, but overall the games are amazingly soft.

I'll be sharing some of my hand histories as I do my best to filet the fish.

MMMMmmm... fish and chips.

Here is one hand that gives a perfect picture of what playing on there is like.
I am in small blind and flop a straight, and also a draw to the nut straight flush.

I end up going all in on flop and get called by:
#1 Guy with one pair 9's with 3 kicker
#2 Guy with top 2 pair
#3 Guy with pocket jacks

Well turn and river brought a runner runner queen high straight and no spade (I had the only spade draw) and I lost an $85 pot to the guy that couldn't lay down an over pair. Still I was way out in front and I've been winning a lot of these situations.

Here is another hand I love. I have KQ, and flop nut striaght. I am heads up with a guy that has decided to play his pair of aces with a 3 kicker super aggressive, and he "makes his hand" when a 3 hits on the river. He was nice enough to go all in for me!

An amazing hand. He called $4 preflop with 23o, and then goes all in on the flop with a gutshot draw. I probably overplayed the flop, but I really didn't want to give these guys any sort of pot odds to draw out on me. Worked out nice for me though.
