Yeah Maff was formerly known as Mafia in Da Hit Squad, reason supposedly is to get over in Japan using his real name.
And if your a fan of Punk, I recomend his work in IWA-MS. Its a mostly hardcore brawl fed (run by Ian Rotten) but Punk managed to put out some great technical bouts with Chris Hero. Colt Cabana also performed used to perform IWA.
Joe's an acquired taste, he's wrestles a more japanese big man strong style which defnitaley drags at times. FOr his better work, check out his stuff in UPW, and his Japaense work from Zero-One.

Just watched a Joe match on the DVD I bought, not that bad. The Briscoes were phenomenal too, as was Homicide and Reefer, though not Slugger.
Thanks, I'll try and check some of that stuff out man.
