 last night's RAW I missed it, but reading Bam's awesome review, I missed out on midget action.
Was it any good?

I meant more RAW in general.
And I've seen a tape devoted to wrestling midgets, especially Mini Mr. T, so I'm going to say no, never any bad midget action.

truthfully I was dissappointed at what they did with Jericho... I would LOVE to see him as a face again. I mean, he makes an awesome heel, but there's no denying his quality as a face back in the day. You'd think Trish's poon would be enough to make any man go face

Yup... he was the miget.
Springer fans might remember him from the Jerry Springer show, although I remember seeing him, I can't remember exactly why he was on there.
It was an ok Raw, overall, but I expected more.
