Saw this flick last night and I have to say, it is a very enjoyable movie. Great work by all actors involved (Robert DeNiro stills every scene he is in) and while the plot is a touch cliched and you can see most of it coming, it is still a great movie. Now it's being billed as the next "The Princess Bride" and while it doesn't have the same wonderful dialouge that movie had, I would tend to agree with the statement. Plus, this movie has perhaps one of the most entertaining and odd swordfights I have ever seen on film. Just a charming movie all around.

Is that that bizzare movie where they go through a portal or something when they leave the village and it all looks quite piratey/steam punk possibly?
I think I saw the trailer.
Oooo, with Ricky Gervais. Or am I thinking of somethign else?

Not really piratey or steam punk, but the trailors can lend to that idea. And yes, Ricky Gervais is in it as well. Great role as a fence.
