So what is all this? Well, it's pretty straight-forward.

If you want to request anything, such as a stipulation, to put a title on the line, or anything of the sort, any change to the match, then leave the Commish a quick message in the Voice Mail thread.

If you have any other reason to see the Commish, leave a message in the same thread.

If your message requires a response, the Commissioner will either respond with a phone call, or, if necessary, leave you a message with an appointment time.

If you're given an appointment, then you can make your way to the Commissioner's office. If you show up there without a meeting, you won't even be let in, so be sure to not just barge in!
