so I think I have a character idea but I have to get past some life events and flesh it out my thoughts with Strikmore. Not that he would be involved, but because he's good like that. I'd also have to invest some time in learning more about New Amsterdam. I'll be in touch when I have something.

Just a 'V' shape on his brow and his chest insignia is a diamond shape, like this:

Is it meant to have all the inside, 3D lines or just the outline of the shape?

Just the outline. That was the first useful picture of what I meant that google image search threw up.

We get a new villain, yes. Black Fury is still on the loose though! He's been getting hit by that safe for months now, poor guy...

FYI: Because this is a more free-form game than TCW, without a concrete cut-off point (i.e. it's the responsibility of the writers to wrap up the narrative), it's probably a good idea to make it clear when a villain has been apprehended.
