They wanted $600 a month on the Altima. Well - needless to say - I did not agree to that.  So then I started thinking that I'd get the Xterra preowned...but that dealership pissed me off to such an extent that I had to walk out. So I looked around and finally tried a Nissan dealership in Stamford to see if the had any X's preowned. They were running a Labor Day special - $1500 rebate on a 2003 Xterra. So now I wait all over again to see what kind of a rate I get on a loan...in the meantime...I'm going to see if I can get my ma to lend me $$$ to pay off my Jetta - so I can use my car as a 100% trade-in. Anyhow...keep your fingers crossed guys. This is the truck I want in the exact color I want:  In the meantime...I'm going to nap with my Elmo blankie because I'm so unloved.

My labor day weekend has been going well. It's 11am and I'm still drunk from last night.

oh yeah and check THIS shit out. At work on Friday I was talking to this lady who grew up with the singer from that pansy SR-71 band. But like still I'm thinking fuck, they've kinda made it and all, so I started pimping the idea of giving her OJ's demo on Tuesday after the 3-day weekend and she's all about it 'cause she's gonna see him soon. so Keep your fingers crossed.
I went with Amos to their band practice last night and the other two guys are totally down with it and all, and oh man THEY ROCKED AT PRACTICE Like it's so funny because they're good friends of mine and I tell them I totally dig their shit but I can't let on how big of a fuckin' mark I am. I'm not trying to be the first hanger-on or anything lol.
But dudes they fuckin' did My Lonely Man and Blood Sugar Sex Magik by RHCP and they were rippin' that shit.
and Amos was like "Any requests?" And I'm all "Fuckin' Backstabbin' and Goin'" and they played them and I was happy.
But yeah so we were watchin' the Led Zep DVD afterwards, and Moby Dick is fucking INSANE on there, I need to get that thing.
Anyway though, hope everyone's having a good Labor Day Weekend.
