Creative team change part 2: Electric Boogaloo

Take all of that, add in "and has proven this all in a relatively short period of time and is a fuckdamn superstar" and you have a perfect description of our newest creative team member and also an excuse for me to use the word "fuckdamn." This makes a pretty large creative team.... I don't think either fed has had a team larger than 6. I'm pretty sure ECF had 6 at one point when I was on it. It means we should be better able to shift the workload around (that does NOT mean dumping everything on the new guy either ). We realised after this show that when things get a little screwy for each of us, or in each aspect of the creative work, that things get REALLY screwed up overall. So this is part of a larger process of fixing every fuckdamn (yes!) thing that's not going correctly here. Bringing the creative team up to SIX fuckdamn (oh yeah!) members is Matt aka Obsidian aka probably a few others things _________________ May the angels weep piss for your heathen souls.
